Comments
The cup-marked stone was discovered by explorer A. Opmanis in 2006. In March, 2012 in the direct vicinity of the cup-marked stone two other previously not known cult stones were discovered. 220 m W from the cup-marked stone there is the Pērkoni secular juniper (circumference in 2008 — 1.7 m), which though is in a very poor condition. The Pērkoni Cup-Marked Stone is to be taken under the state protection as an archaeological monument.
